Partner David R. Miller

David R. Miller is a principal partner at the firm and an experienced trial attorney dedicated to all aspects of personal injury litigation since 1978. Graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1973 with a degree in Accounting. Then attended the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating in 1977. He has always wanted to be a lawyer so that he could help people who others were trying to take advantage of in a legal setting. He has been doing so for the past 42 years, and has always believed that the client’s needs come first and foremost. In addition to having tried approximately 100 trials and arbitrations, he has served as a past Pro Tem Judge and Mediator for the San Diego Courts.  Mr. Miller’s practice includes auto, truck, motorcycle, and bicycle accidents, industrial and construction accidents, slip and fall liability, strict product liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic personal injury.

Partner Zachary D. Miller

Zachary D. Miller is a partner at the firm and specializes in all aspects of personal injury litigation. He is a graduate of San Diego State University, graduating with a bachelors degree from the business school in 2010. He was inspired to become an attorney and fight for justice for people of his community by the work of his father and founding partner, David R. Miller. He was admitted to practice law in 2016 after graduating with cum laude honors from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. His practice consists of motor vehicle accidents which include car accidents, truck accidents, bus accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, premises liability accidents which include slip-and-falls, trip-and-falls, and dangerous conditions.
